Welcome to the MX Nord Customer Club
As a member of the MX Nord Customer Club, you automatically earn points on every purchase. Points can be used as a discount on future orders — 1 point = 1 DKK.
How you earn points
You earn points based on your tier:

| Bronze | 0 – 2,500 DKK | 3% |
| Silver | 2,500 – 10,000 DKK | 6% |
| Gold | 10,000+ DKK | 12% |
Points are calculated on the order value including VAT, but excluding any points discounts. Points are earned when the order is placed and become available when the order is delivered.
Points are not earned on sale products or purchases of motorcycles/machines.
How to use your points
- Minimum 50 points to redeem
- 1 point = 1 DKK discount
- Points can be combined with other discounts and coupons
- Points cannot be used to pay for shipping
Tiers
Your tier is determined by your rolling 12-month spend (incl. VAT). Tiers are recalculated daily and can both increase and decrease.
Birthday bonus
Each year on your birthday, you receive 150 bonus points. Birthday points expire after 10 days.
Points expiry
Points expire 12 months after they are earned. You will receive a reminder 30 days and 7 days before expiry.
Refunds
If an order is refunded, the earned points are reversed. Any redeemed points are returned to your account.
Enrollment
You can join the customer club when creating your account, or afterwards via your account settings. You can opt out at any time.

MX Nord reserves the right to change the terms of the customer club, including point rates, tier thresholds, and expiry periods. Changes take effect immediately and will be communicated via email.
